Anna + James – wedding at Red Hill

Looking at the photos from Anna + James’ Red Hill wedding, we can feel the joy and love from this magical day!

This beautiful couple met around a bonfire on the beach, so a relaxed country wedding was the perfect setting for their wedding day. They were married under the trees, and their marquee reception was held at the Glenbower Park property.

The dining menu consisted entirely of shared platters, Anna explains “We chose sharing platters and grazing boards for a more casual feel and it encouraged guests to chat and share and get to know each other.” Dishes included scorched king salmon as well as slow-cooked lamb shoulder and all the accompanying sides and salads. There were also some incredible roaming dessert canapés – blood orange eclairs, chocolate peanut butter tart and our famous EDFD brownies!

The wedding also included many special contributions from Anna + James’ family – James’ sister Isy sang during the ceremony, James’ mother made the beautiful wedding cake, and the speeches were some of the best we’ve heard! “There were many tears of joy during the speeches – everyone was feeling the love!” says Anna.

With a passion for coastal getaways and spending time with their friends and families, we could not imagine a more perfect day for Anna + James to celebrate their marriage.
