The crisp Autumn morning turned into a gorgeous, sunshiney afternoon for Jen + Martin on their big day. After 10 years together, surrounded by their family and closest friends (and their gorgeous son Gordon!) they tied the knot in a magical outdoor wedding ceremony at Top Paddock, Melbourne.

As the bridal party were whisked away for photos, guests tucked into EDFDs delicious canapés and were treated to French champagne and a beautiful sunset – the beginnings of a night to remember!

The couple opted for a cocktail party to ensure maximum mingling time and a relaxed atmosphere. This included a spectacular grazing table with gourmet cheeses, meats, an amazing ham on the bone and artisan breads. “A cocktail party can often leave people hungry, so we thought a grazing table would be a great option to ensure everyone has enough to eat even if they don’t manage to get many of the circulating canapés”. This certainly turned out to be a popular option for their guests as the couple explained “…there was not one crumb left on that grazing table!”

Jen + Martin were also really happy with the venue, “Top Paddock was such a great find! So central for everyone, and it’s such a gorgeous space, that we didn’t need to decorate or bring in any furniture – this saved us so much time & money.”

With family and friends coming from all over the world for this once-in-a-lifetime celebration, Jen + Martin had hoped for a party that was worth the trip! Jen explained “our priorities were always a central Melbourne venue, great food & drink and a pumping dance floor!” And what a dance floor it was! Congratulations Jen + Martin, we had a ball creating this event!
