Jess + Nick – an intimate wedding at Glasshaus

Jess + Nick

Jess and Nick first laid eyes on each other in 1999 at high school, but it wasn’t until 2008 that this long-term friendship turned into something more and they’ve never looked back! After a proposal in Thailand, the location of their first holiday together, Jess + Nick decided a small intimate wedding would be perfect!

The beautiful couple chose Glasshaus as the venue to celebrate their wedding day, with 60 of their most cherished family and friends. The industrial surroundings combined with the abundance of greenery, was the perfect fit for their intimate, relaxed celebration.

Jess + Nick opted for our very popular shared menu – allowing all the guests to interact in a vibrant, social atmosphere – the grazing board entreés were a particular hit! Guests were seated at long banquet tables surrounded by lush foliage and the colour palette of blush, navy and ivory featured in the decor and table linen – it was a truly beautiful setting!

Guests partied into the evening, dancing the night away in celebration of this wonderful couple – says Jess “It was truly the best day of our lives. We just had so much fun and were jittery with joy all day long.”

We were thrilled to be a part of the day!
