Wrap Up - Spring Racing 2016

We are super proud to have been a part of the Victorian Racing Carnival again this year! For the third year running we provided VRC members and racegoers with beautifully styled and furnished car parks and supersites – and equally amazing food and drink to celebrate for the four days of the Melbourne Cup Carnival

The weather was absolutely stunning this year – a relief after the deluge in 2015! The sunshine ensured an absolutely seamless carnival, the atmosphere around the track was buzzing!

The style of this year’s carnival was all about pastels – mainly pinks and blues mixed with timber and metallics, as well as gorgeous florals (by our friends at Flower Jar) and some custom decorations for some of our VIP clients.

As always, the EDFD food was the hero of the day – delicious canapés, BBQ items and substantial mini dishes were served all day for our guests to enjoy. The standouts were the meatball banh mi and the chargrilled lamb cutlets, and the chicken finger sandwiches are always a winner!

With over 70 staff members involved in the rollout this year, it was our biggest yet! A HUGE thank you to everyone involved!

We’re already looking forward to next year!
